Packaging Line Operator

About the job

As a packaging line operator at the facility in Olst, you work directly in the production of high-quality medicines, such as flu vaccines and hormone tablets. You make sure the machines run smoothly, faults are fixed quickly, and quality standards are followed.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor production processes according to set procedures
• Fix simple faults to keep the process running without interruption
• Clean and maintain machines and workstations according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements and hygiene rules
• Make sure raw materials are delivered on time and waste is removed
• Carry out process checks, including taking samples and quality inspections

What we ask

• MBO level 1 (Dutch vocational qualification) or higher, technical direction preferred
• Willing to work a 5-shift schedule
• Interest in technology and eager to keep developing
• Good command of Dutch, both spoken and written
• Flexible, quality-conscious, and precise in your work

What we offer

• Gross salary between €3,500 and €4,450 per month
• Fixed-term contract with the prospect of permanent employment
• Full time, an average of 34 hours per week in a 5-shift schedule
• Travel costs reimbursed

• Shift allowance of 31.5% and vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a mandatory Dutch bonus) of 8.33%
