**About the job**

As a Fabric Quality Control Operator, you are responsible for the final quality check of technical textiles. You make sure every fabric that leaves the factory meets the highest standards. You work with advanced equipment and your own sharp eye.

**What you'll do**

• Check technical textiles for defects, shade differences and colour transitions, both visually and by machine
• Confirm that finished products are ready for shipment
• Help with internal transport, for example with a forklift
• Manage stock and archive materials

**What we ask**

We are looking for a precise and positive operator who puts safety and quality first. Do you have experience in production? Great. No experience? No problem, as long as you are motivated and willing to learn.

Your profile

• Thinking and working level of at least MBO-3 (Dutch secondary vocational education, level 3)
• Available full-time in a 2-shift schedule
• Good command of Dutch
• Experience in production processes is a plus
• You work safely, make decisions and contribute to the team
• Flexible, quality-focused and always willing to keep learning

What you can expect

• Salary: €3,095 to €3,205 gross per month, including a shift allowance of 19.93%
• Vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a statutory Dutch bonus): 8% on top of your salary
• Travel cost reimbursement: €0.23 per km from 5 km one way
• Days off: up to 41 days per year (based on full-time), including an extra shift day
