Machine Operator

About the job

As a machine operator, you make sure products are packed correctly and on time. You run different automated machines and keep an eye on quality, speed, and safety throughout the process.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate different packaging machines
• Monitor the full packaging process
• Adjust machines to get the best results
• Spot and fix small technical problems yourself
• Report bigger issues to colleagues or the technical team
• Record production data and KPIs
• Keep records for product traceability
• Carry out regular maintenance tasks
• Clean and keep your machines and work area tidy
• Support other production activities when needed

What we ask

• Experience as an operator, machine handler, or in production is a plus
• Technical ability and an interest in machines
• A hands-on and independent way of working
• Accuracy when recording production data
• Willingness to help colleagues when needed
• Flexible with working hours
• Available to work an average of two Saturdays per month
• Good command of Dutch, English, or German
• A technical education at LTS or MTS level (Dutch secondary technical education) or equivalent is a plus
