About the job
As an operator, you make sure the production process runs without interruption. You check quality, prevent breakdowns, and act fast when something is off. Your work keeps the production lines running well and helps avoid quality problems.
What you'll do
- Operate, monitor, and adjust different production machines
- Spot and fix deviations and small faults
- Carry out quality checks and basic maintenance tasks
- Work with modern installations in a 5-shift rotation
- Stay in regular contact with other operators and the production manager
What we ask
- Technical education at MBO 2 level (Dutch vocational qualification) or equivalent
- Experience as an operator in a production environment
- A technical mindset and a willingness to keep learning
- Category B driving licence and your own transport
- Willingness to work in a 5-shift rotation
- Accuracy, a proactive attitude, and attention to safety
- Ability to respond quickly in changing situations
What we offer
- Gross hourly rate of €25.26 (including shift allowance), which works out to around €3,677 gross per month based on an average working week of 33.6 hours
- Travel costs reimbursed at €0.23 per kilometre
- Opportunity to obtain a VCA certificate (Dutch safety certificate for working in hazardous environments) and forklift licence
