Production Machine Operator

About the job

You work in production in Zwaag and operate machines that print paper bags. You make sure the production process runs smoothly and that the quality of the products is up to standard. You work independently, but also as part of a team.

What you'll do

• Operate and set up production machines.
• Print paper bags according to the required specifications.
• Check print quality.
• Carry out minor repairs and maintenance on the machines.
• Follow the production schedule and track progress.
• Work in a 3-shift system: day shifts (40 hours per week), evening shifts (37 hours per week) and night shifts (32 hours per week).

What we ask

• Good command of Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Technical skills and a practical mindset.
• Experience in a production environment.
• Familiar with shift work.
• Able to work independently and takes responsibility.

What we offer

• Pay between €16.18 and €17.39 gross per hour, depending on experience (youth pay rates may apply).
• 20% shift allowance.
• Paid weekly or every 4 weeks, your choice.
