Process Operator

About the job

As a process operator, you and your colleagues keep the production process running safely, smoothly, and on track. You monitor equipment, follow the production progress, and act when something is off.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Supervise the production process
• Adjust the process when needed
• Detect deviations and technical problems
• Carry out basic quality checks
• Record production data
• Perform first-level inspections and tasks
• Keep the workplace clean and safe
• Hand over tasks to colleagues at shift change
• Report ideas for process improvements

What we ask

• Thinking and working level of a vocational qualification (MBO, Dutch secondary vocational education)
• A background in process technology is a plus
• VAPRO A or VAPRO B certificate (Dutch process operator qualifications) or similar is preferred
• Experience as an operator or process operator
• Technical skills and an analytical way of thinking
• Accurate and safe working style
• Willing to work in a 3-shift rotation
• Dutch language skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
