You work in the production of high-quality leaf springs and steel strip products. This job needs precision and technical thinking. You work with your hands and your head every day.

What you'll do

• Read and understand technical drawings, and produce leaf springs from steel sheet
• Operate wire forming machines and presses
• Cut and shape metal with precision
• Carry out quality checks during and after production
• Troubleshoot minor faults, do first-level maintenance, and keep your workspace clean and safe

What we ask

• Experience in metalworking or a background in manufacturing (technical instinct matters more than formal qualifications)
• Ability to read basic technical drawings
• Able to work independently, good focus, and a sense of responsibility for product quality
