Process Operator

About the job

As a process operator, you monitor and run the production process. You work from the control room, but you also spend time on the production floor regularly.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor the grinding, mixing and pressing lines from the control room
• Create the production schedule and decide which feed products are made and when
• Check raw materials and make sure the right ingredients are available
• Carry out quality checks, take samples and add specific ingredients
• Spot and fix faults, or call in the technical team when needed

What we ask

• MBO-3 level thinking and education (for example VAPRO or a technical MBO; MBO is the Dutch vocational education system, level 3 is roughly equivalent to a trade qualification)
• Interest in technology and automated process control
• Precise and independent way of working, with a good overview of what is happening
• Willingness to work one late shift per week

What we offer

• A full-time process operator role on the day shift
• Good pay between €2,985 and €3,550 gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience

Depending on the role and the opdrachtgever (the client company you work for), reference checks and verification of diplomas and certificates may be part of the hiring process.
