About the job
This is a modern production site that makes high-quality powder products using advanced process installations. Together with a close-knit and experienced team, you are responsible for monitoring, controlling and optimising complex production processes. You get plenty of opportunity to actively take part in process improvements and optimisations. This is a 5-shift rotation role.
What you'll do
- Set up, operate and adjust process installations from the control room and directly on site
- Monitor process parameters, inspect installations and carry out first-line maintenance
- Analyse and solve process disturbances and technical deviations
- Take samples, assess analysis results and record production data
- Actively take part in improvement projects in the areas of TPM, LEAN and process optimisation
What we ask
You are an operator with a sense of responsibility, a strong technical background and a genuine interest in improving processes. You also have:
- A completed technical MBO (Dutch vocational education, level 3 or 4) in process technology, VAPRO (Dutch process operator qualification), food technology or a related field
- Several years of experience as a process operator in a complex production environment
- An interest in automated processes and technical installations
- Experience with improvement techniques such as TPM, LEAN, 5S or WCM is a plus
