About the job
As a process operator, you are responsible for production work in the manufacturing of raw materials, semi-finished products and/or end products for the plastics processing industry. You work according to the current production plan, approved specifications, and set process and work instructions. You set up machines and take care of monitoring and quality control. You spot deviations and report them to the shift manager. You can run several machines at the same time and carry out quality checks.

What we ask
- At least a Vapro A diploma (a Dutch vocational qualification for process operators) or an equivalent level
- At least 2 years of experience as a process operator
- Experience as an operator in the plastics processing industry is an advantage
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Independent, responsible, reliable, proactive, flexible, decisive and solution-focused
- A strong team player who works well with others and approaches colleagues in a positive and supportive way
- Valid forklift licence
- Experience working with hazardous substances
- Hands-on mentality
