**About the job**
As a Process Operator, you work at the heart of a technical, continuously running production process. You stand at the line and, together with your shift, make sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and according to specification.

- Detect and fix process disruptions and failures
- Work with the technical department on more complex failures
- Carry out quality checks and make corrections where needed
- Oversee process parameters during steps such as washing, separation, and drying
- Make sure the shift handover is done properly
- Think actively about how to make the process more stable and efficient
**What we ask**
We are looking for an operator who enjoys working with technology and understands how a process works. You keep a full overview, think ahead, and respond before small problems become big ones.

- Experience as a process operator, technical operator, or machine operator
- A technical sense and feeling for process work
- A proactive attitude focused on solutions
- Willingness to work a 5-shift schedule (rotation 2-2-2-4)
**What we offer**
You will work in a modern production environment where technology and sustainability go hand in hand.
We also offer
- Salary: €3,250 to €4,000 gross per month, including a 27% shift allowance, depending on experience
- Schedule: 5 shifts (2-2-2-4), shifts 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 22:00-06:00
- 8% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a statutory Dutch bonus paid once a year) and 25 days of leave
- Extra allowances for working on public holidays
- Travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per km
- Bonus scheme up to €1,800 net per year
- A contract with the prospect of extension
- A good work-life balance thanks to the shift schedule
