**About the job**
You work in a modern, largely automated production environment. The factory makes high-quality components for the transport sector. Your job is to keep the production lines running smoothly and to make sure quality stays at the right level.
You work together with other operators, a Senior Operator and a Team Leader. A thorough onboarding programme takes you through the entire production process step by step. After that, you work independently on the line.
**What you'll do**
- Operate and monitor automated production lines
- Set up, change over and adjust machines
- Process and record production data in systems such as SCADA and PlantApps
- Carry out quality checks during the process
- Detect and fix first-level faults
- Carry out minor technical work on installations
- Keep your workplace and machines clean and safe
- Actively suggest ideas to improve the process, quality and efficiency
**What we ask**
You have a technical mindset, you work precisely and you enjoy working in a modern production environment where technology and process come together.
You also have
- At least a completed VAPRO A training (a Dutch process operator qualification)
- VAPRO B is a plus
- Technical knowledge and an interest in automated processes
- A willingness to learn and a motivated attitude
- Attention to quality and safety
- Willingness to work in a 5-shift rotation
- A good command of Dutch
