Production Operator
About the job
As an Operator, you are an important part of the production process. You work with different textile and carbon materials and make sure they are processed correctly. You follow work instructions carefully and check product quality as you go. The client is an international textile company in Nijverdal. They combine innovative textile technologies with chemical processes. The materials made here are used in aircraft and Formula 1 cars, where low weight and maximum strength are essential. You work in a calm, clean and modern production environment where quality comes first. New employees get a thorough onboarding and can grow step by step within the production process.
What you'll do
- Lay up laminate layers precisely according to work instructions
- Cut laminates to size using machines
- Carry out quality checks before products move to the next production stage
- Perform production work carefully according to current procedures
- Work with colleagues to keep the production process running smoothly
What we ask
- Some experience as an Operator or in process technology
- Thinking and working level equivalent to MBO (intermediate vocational education)
- Good command of Dutch
- Willing to work a 2-shift system
- Accurate and focused on quality
- Eye for detail
- Able to work according to fixed work instructions
What we offer
- Gross monthly salary from €3,090 to €3,150
- Permanent contract after a positive evaluation
- Full time: 37 to 40 hours per week in a 2-shift system
- Almost 40 days of leave
