Sterile Production Operator (5-shift)

About the job

As a sterile production operator at the client company in Olst, you work in an organised production environment. You help make high-quality pharmaceutical products, including the Influvac flu vaccine. You work a 5-shift schedule and make sure processes run smoothly according to strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines. The role requires precision, technical skills and a proactive attitude.

What you'll do

• Prepare machine lines and installations for production and check that they work correctly.
• Monitor, start up and adjust production processes within set schedules and procedures.
• Analyse and fix faults on your own. For more complex problems you work together with the technical department.
• Carry out process checks, take samples and do basic quality checks to make sure the product meets standards.
• Clean equipment and workstations according to hygiene and safety rules.

What we ask

• Vapro B diploma or relevant work experience.
• Experience in a cleanroom environment is a plus.
• Willing to work a 5-shift schedule.
• Own transport and a maximum commute of 45 minutes.
• Good command of Dutch.

What we offer

• Gross monthly salary of €4,000 to €5,500, including allowances.
• Temporary contract with the possibility of permanent employment.
• 5-shift schedule with fully paid breaks.
• Shift allowance of 31.5% and a year-end payment of 8.33%.
• Travel cost reimbursement of €0.25 per kilometre, up to €15 per day.
• Vakantiegeld (holiday pay) of 8.33%.
• Employment conditions match those of staff employed directly by the client, including hourly rate, number of days off, allowances, ADV (reduced working hours compensation) and other pay components.
