Process Operator Food
About the job
As a Process Operator in a 5-shift system, you monitor and manage the entire production process from a control room. You spend about 75% of your time in the control room and 25% on the production floor. You work with SCADA systems, analyse process data, and step in when needed. You work in a modern production environment where natural raw materials are processed into high-quality products for the international food industry.
What you'll do
- Work with SCADA systems and information panels from the control room
- Detect and analyse deviations in the process
- Adjust installation settings for optimal production
- Solve minor faults and call in technical colleagues for bigger issues
- Record and process production data
- Carry out quality and process checks
- Take and analyse samples in the laboratory
- Control processes such as extraction, filtration and evaporation
- Actively look for improvements in the production process
- Work according to health and safety, quality and 5S standards
What we ask
You want to understand what is happening in the process. You work carefully, take responsibility, and are interested in monitoring and improving processes from the control room.
You also have
- A technical background or experience (MBO-3 level or equivalent)
- Experience as a Process Operator or in a similar role in the process industry
- Interest in automated production processes
- Interest in working in a control room and managing processes
- A precise and responsible way of working
- A strong focus on safety and quality

- Gross monthly salary of €3,780 to €4,800, including a 31% shift allowance
