About the job

You work in a modern, clean production facility. You assemble small silicone and plastic parts with care and precision. The products you make meet strict quality standards and go to industries like medical and technology.

What you'll do

• Punching, cutting and removing burrs from small silicone and plastic parts
• Checking products for dimensions, finish and quality
• Working with microscopes and measuring tools
• Packing products carefully according to set guidelines
• Keeping your workstation clean, safe and organised

What we ask

• Full-time availability in a 3-shift rotation
• Precise and focused work, a steady hand and patience with small details
• Basic communication skills in Dutch

What we offer

• Gross salary from €3,450 to €3,500 per month (including 30% shift allowance)
• Full time: 38-40 hours per week
• Temporary contract with the possibility of permanent employment
• 25 days of leave and 8% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, paid once a year on top of your salary)
• Travel costs reimbursed at €0.23 per kilometre
