Ground Worker / Construction Worker

About the job

You work on building, replacing and maintaining underground infrastructure, cables and pipelines. You work outside, in a fixed team with machine operators and installers.

What you'll do

• Digging trial trenches and doing manual groundwork
• Locating cables and pipelines
• Supporting machine operators and installers on site
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and KLIC documents (KLIC is the Dutch system for registering underground cables and pipelines)
• Keeping the work site safe and tidy

What we ask

• Category B driving licence
• Experience as a ground worker or in infrastructure (useful but not required)
• Good command of Dutch
