Industrial Door Technician

About the job

As an industrial door technician at the client company, you are responsible for maintenance, repairs and fault-finding on industrial and commercial door systems. This is a technical job with a lot of independence and direct contact with customers. You make sure that access systems work safely, reliably and without interruptions.

What you'll do

• Carry out maintenance and service work on industrial doors, high-speed doors and loading and unloading systems
• Analyse faults, carry out repairs and adjust or replace parts
• Work independently at customer sites and stay in contact with planning and customers
• Inform customers about the condition of their installation and possible improvements
• Take part in emergency standby duties when needed

What we ask

• MBO-level education (Dutch vocational qualification), preferably in a technical or mechatronics field
• Driving licence category B
• Willingness to be on call outside office hours
• Technical mindset and comfortable working at heights
• Good command of Dutch to communicate with customers
