District Heating Service Technician

About the job

You work as a service technician for heating and cooling systems. You handle faults and carry out inspections on your own, both at residential customers and at district heating stations.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and fix faults in heat transfer units and heating systems at residential customers, working independently
• Carry out inspections of heat transfer units and district heating substations (WOS systems)
• Log and report your work through digital work orders (Syntess)
• Take part in on-call duties to keep the heat supply running

What we ask

• Experience in district heating, collective heating systems, or similar installations (no experience? You can learn on the job, apply anyway)
• Category B driving licence
• VeWa and VCA (a Dutch safety certificate) certificates, or willingness to get them (costs covered by the employer)
• Willingness to take part in on-call duties
• Good communication skills and a neat appearance
