Carpenter / Construction Joiner – post-damage repairs

For a specialist company that handles damage restoration after incidents and disasters, we are looking for an experienced carpenter for repair work following fire and water damage. Work is based in the Breda area.

## About the job

In this role you work directly on getting homes and commercial buildings back into use after serious damage. You work on different projects where skill, flexibility and quality matter. No two days are the same: one day you are dealing with fire damage in a house, the next you are repairing a flooded office building.

## What you'll do

• Carry out carpentry and joinery work after fire and water damage
• Restore and repair walls, ceilings, floors and door frames
• Install and replace doors, windows and finishing materials
• Work together with colleagues and specialists from other trades
• Read and carry out work orders and technical drawings
• Keep the worksite safe and tidy

## What we ask

• Proven experience as a carpenter or construction joiner, preferably in renovations or damage restoration
• Good command of Dutch, spoken and written
• Technical understanding and ability to work independently
• Accuracy and a problem-solving attitude
• Flexibility and ability to work under time pressure
• Customer-focused approach and neat appearance
• Category B driving licence
• Willingness to be on call for emergency response (a plus)
