Production Operator

About the job

You work in a modern factory that makes auxiliary components for the construction industry. Quality, safety, and craftsmanship matter here. You can choose between day shifts or a two-shift schedule.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machines
• Carry out quality checks on finished parts
• Detect and fix minor machine faults
• Change over and adjust equipment when switching to a different product
• Keep your workstation safe and clean, and work closely with the production and technical teams

• A technical feel for things and an interest in production processes
• Accuracy and attention to quality
• Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule (if that is your preference)

What we offer

• Salary up to €3,301 per month
• 24 days of holiday and 13 ADV days (ADV: scheduled days off as part of the Dutch working hours reduction system)
