Production Preparation Operator

About the job

Are you looking for work in a technical production environment where accuracy matters? As a production preparation operator in Venlo, you prepare high-quality aluminium products for surface treatment and make sure they are ready for the next step in the production process.

What you'll do

• Read and follow work instructions
• Tape and/or hang products before treatment
• Place products in the correct order on the production line
• Check quantities, dimensions and visible damage
• Enter completed production orders into the digital system
• Keep your workspace clean, tidy and safe
• Carry out minor maintenance tasks under supervision
• Report deviations and quality issues to the team leader

What we ask

• Interest in technical or production work
• VMBO (Dutch pre-vocational secondary education) level or comparable practical or technical experience
• Ability to work accurately and follow work instructions closely
• Awareness of quality and safety
• Comfortable working in a structured production environment
• Good level of Dutch or English
• Available full-time and willing to work in a 2-shift system
• Experience in production, assembly or a technical environment is a plus

What we offer

• Full-time position in Venlo
• Gross salary from €2,800 to €3,480 per month, depending on experience and level
