Process Operator

About the job

As a process operator, you are responsible every day for different mechanical, physical and chemical processes. You manage the process and make corrections where needed. Together with your assigned partner, you work your shifts and think about what steps can improve the process. You take an active part in activities around safety, environment, quality and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Take an active part in activities around safety, environment and quality
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and implementing changes

What we ask

• Completed technical education at mbo-3 or mbo-4 level (Dutch vocational qualifications), such as VAPRO B/C, AOT, MTS or Maritiem Officier
• Experience in the (bio)energy sector is a plus
• Ability to work in a team and an interest in analysing and improving processes
• Initiative, versatility and the ability to think ahead
• Good communication skills
