Process Operator - Dairy

About the job

Do you feel at home running complex processes? At this dairy company in Hoogeveen, you keep production running smoothly. You work in a 5-shift rotation to produce cheese. Your colleagues support you, and there is room to grow and follow training.

What you'll do

• Control and monitor processes from the control room
• Carry out process checks and product quality analyses
• Spot deviations in product or process, correct them in time, and record them
• Analyse and fix technical problems to prevent production stops

What we ask

We are looking for a process operator who meets these requirements:

• Completed mbo-3/4 (Dutch vocational education, level 3 or 4) in a technical direction, such as VAPRO (process technology qualification) or food technology
• A few years of experience controlling complex processes
• Good command of Dutch
• Available to work in a 5-shift rotation

• Gross monthly salary of €3,800 to €5,200, including shift allowance, depending on age and experience
• Year-end bonus of 5%
• 25 days of holiday leave
