Process Operator – Mixing Room
About the job
As a Process Operator in the Mixing Room (a pharmacy-grade mixing facility), you prepare raw materials that form the basis of food for babies and young children. You work with fixed recipes and make sure micro- and macro-nutrients are measured, dosed and mixed correctly.
You work in a shift team of around 13 colleagues. Together you are responsible for a stable production process and meeting the planned output.
What you'll do
- Prepare and start up production installations.
- Monitor the full mixing and production process.
- Carry out precise quality checks according to specifications.
- Detect, analyse and resolve process disruptions.
- Perform first-level maintenance and cleaning tasks.
- Record production, quality and process data in SAP.
What we ask
You are an experienced operator who works accurately and understands the responsibility that comes with producing food for babies and children. You have a technical mindset, can switch between tasks quickly and are comfortable in an environment with strict quality and hygiene requirements.
You also meet the following requirements
- Thinking and working level of at least mbo 3 or 4 (Dutch secondary vocational education), preferably in a technical direction.
- Experience as an operator in a production or process environment.
- Experience with SAP is a hard requirement for this role.
- Willing to work in a 5-shift rotation.
- Familiar with high-care hygiene environments, or disciplined enough to follow strict hygiene rules.
- Good command of Dutch.
What we offer
You get the chance to use your experience in a high-quality production environment on a temporary basis. The assignment runs for several months and is specifically aimed at increasing production capacity.
You can also count on
- Gross monthly salary of €4,316 to €5,376, including shift allowance.
- Average working week of 33.6 hours.
- Shift allowance of 28.7%.
- 5% annual bonus and 8% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, paid on top of your salary).
- 5-shift rotation: 2 morning shifts, 2 afternoon shifts, 2 night shifts and 4 days off.
- Practical onboarding so you can work independently quickly.
Depending on the role and the client, reference checks and verification of diplomas and certificates may be part of the recruitment process.
