Process Operator - Pharmaceuticals - 5-Shift System
**About the job**
As a Process Operator, you are essential to this company. Together with your colleagues, working in a 5-shift system, you are responsible for producing medicines in a GMP environment. GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) means working according to strict quality and safety rules set by the pharmaceutical industry. You work with modern techniques in a partly automated process. Your knowledge and skills in filtration, centrifugation, freeze-drying, and chromatography are highly valued. You control these processes and respond quickly when deviations occur.
**What you'll do**
- Setting up and monitoring processes using automated control systems
- Carrying out quality checks by taking samples and doing analysis
- Detecting, analysing, and fixing first-line failures
- Making sure shift handovers are done properly
- Working according to strict rules and protocols for quality, hygiene, and safety
**What we ask**
- MBO level 3 (Dutch vocational qualification) in a technical field, such as VAPRO B, food technology, or similar
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Awareness of hygiene and knowledge of GMP methods and working principles
- Excellent command of the Dutch language
- Available to work in a 5-shift system
**What we offer**
- Gross monthly salary of €3,625 to €4,745, including a 30% shift allowance for the 5-shift system
- 13th month payment

- 8.33% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a mandatory annual bonus in the Netherlands)
- Travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometre, up to 60 km per day
