Are you ready for a new step in the process industry? Do you have experience as a process operator and want to work with technology that makes production cleaner and more efficient? Then this job is for you.

You work in an innovative pilot plant. You are responsible for operating, monitoring and optimising processes. You work with advanced technology and play an important role in making production more efficient and sustainable. You control processes and act quickly when something deviates.

What you'll do

• Adjust, monitor and correct processes from the control room and on the floor
• Carry out inspections and rounds
• Detect, correct and record deviations
• Analyse and solve first-line faults
• Work with technical and operational teams to run tests successfully
• Take on technical improvement projects
• Take part in continuous improvement, including in multidisciplinary teams

What we ask

We are looking for an operator who is enthusiastic, determined and takes initiative. You like working in a team, but you can also take responsibility on your own. You also recognise yourself in this profile:

• At least MBO-3 level (Dutch vocational qualification) in a technical direction, such as Vapro B/C, Marof, electrical engineering or similar
• Proven knowledge of complex processes and at least 4 years of experience in the process industry
• Independent, but also a real team player
• Willing to work in a 5-shift system
• VCA certificate (Dutch safety certificate for working in industrial environments)

This job lets you use your knowledge every day in a technical environment and contribute directly to a smooth and efficient production process.

What we offer

We ask a lot from you, but we offer a good package in return. Besides pleasant colleagues and varied work, you can expect:

• Gross basic salary of €3,900 to €5,900 per month, including a 29% shift allowance
• Fixed monthly overtime allowance of €112.08
• 8% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a statutory Dutch bonus paid once a year on top of your salary)
• 25 vacation days per year
• Travel cost reimbursement of €0.21 per kilometre
• Fixed year-end payment
