Process Operator Raw Materials - 5 Shifts

About the job

You work as a process operator together with your team, under the guidance of a team leader. From the control room you use the latest technology to get the best performance out of high-quality raw materials.

What you'll do

• Lead production shifts at the plant when the team leader is absent
• Manage technical installations
• Analyse and monitor process parameters
• Carry out regular inspection rounds to ensure quality, continuity and safety
• Fix breakdowns and blockages and perform first-level maintenance

What we ask

Do you want to work towards a cleaner world? Good. We are looking for a process operator who works well in a team but can also work independently. You need to be decisive and not afraid to make decisions. You also have:

• At least mbo-3 level of education and thinking (Dutch vocational education, intermediate level)
• A VAPRO B or AOT diploma, or equivalent qualification
• An interest in sustainability
• Work experience in process technology

What we offer

As a process operator at the separation plant you have a varied and responsible role. On top of that, we offer:

• A gross monthly salary of €4,000 to €5,700, including a 28% shift allowance
• 25 vacation days
