Process Operator - 5-Shift System - Pharma

About the job

As an operator in a sterile production environment in Olst, you are responsible for a safe, accurate and efficient production process. You work with modern techniques to produce high-quality medicines, such as vaccines and hormone preparations.

What you'll do

• Monitor and adjust the production process to get the best results
• Prepare and start up production lines and equipment according to set procedures
• Detect and fix technical faults to keep production running
• Carry out process checks and take samples for quality analysis
• Clean and disinfect equipment and work areas according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines

What we ask

You stay alert, take responsibility and make sure every detail is right. You also meet these requirements:

• You have experience as a (process) operator and you know how a production process should run
• You are willing to work a 5-shift system, and this fits your rhythm and flexibility
• You have an interest in biology and/or chemistry and you enjoy working with sterile processes
• You have a very good command of Dutch, so procedures and GMP guidelines are clear to you
