Extrusion Process Operator

About the job

As an Operator, together with your colleagues, you are responsible for a safe, stable and efficient production process. You work on modern extrusion and coating lines that produce high-quality release liners. You monitor the process, step in when needed and make sure production meets the highest quality standards.

What you'll do

• Start up, set up and monitor the production process
• Operate and adjust modern extrusion and coating installations
• Carry out quality and quantity checks
• Detect, analyse and resolve first-level faults
• Perform minor technical repairs on the production lines
• Change over and set up machines when switching products
• Record production data and discuss results with the Shift Lead and Line Lead
• Actively contribute to process improvements in safety, quality and efficiency

What we ask

You are an operator who enjoys physical work and gets energy from technology. You work precisely, think in solutions and feel at home in a production environment where teamwork and quality come first.

You also have

• A VAPRO A or VAPRO B diploma (Dutch vocational qualifications for process operators)
• Experience as an operator is welcome, but motivated candidates without experience are also very welcome
• A technical mindset and interest in production processes
• A willingness to learn and a flexible attitude
• Availability to work a 5-shift rotation

• Salary from €4,100 to €5,200 gross per month, including a 28.5% shift allowance
