Process Operator - Food Production

About the job

You work in a modern food factory that specialises in egg products. Every day the factory processes more than 2,000,000 eggs into semi-finished products for the food industry. The products are filled and packed in liquid or powder form in a clean production hall. You are responsible for controlling the production process. The processes are closed and highly controlled, and there is plenty of room to grow.

What you'll do

• Operate, set up, adjust and monitor automated production processes
• Carry out product and process checks
• Perform cleaning operations (CIP) on process installations
• Fix minor technical faults quickly
• Spot opportunities for improvement and turn them into concrete suggestions

What we ask

We are looking for a process operator who is proactive and focused on quality. We also expect:

• MBO level of thinking or education (MBO is a Dutch intermediate vocational qualification)
• Interest in technology and process industry
• Good communication and social skills

• Gross basic salary of €3,000 to €3,400 per month, plus a 20% shift allowance for 3-shift work
• 25 days of holiday
• 8.33% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a statutory annual bonus paid on top of your salary)
• Travel costs reimbursed

Depending on the position and the client, a reference check and verification of diplomas and certificates may be part of the recruitment process.
