Process Operator in Food Production

**About the job**
As a process operator in the preparation department, you use your skills to the full. Together with your team, you control production processes, operate machines, and keep a close eye on how the process runs. When something needs to be adjusted, you act. Your goal is a smooth process and a high-quality end product. Whether you work in preparation, pre-mix, or the operator room, there is always room for your own input. The atmosphere is open and relaxed.
**What you'll do**
- Set up the process: configure machines and make sure the right ingredients are available
- Operate and monitor the process
- Check the end product against quality requirements
- Fix simple faults or take the right action when needed
- Report and pass on ideas for improvement
**What we ask**
The process operator we are looking for is enthusiastic and feels at home in a friendly, family-run company. We also ask for:
- A thinking and working level of mbo-2/3 (Dutch vocational education, levels 2 and 3), preferably with a completed Vapro training (a Dutch qualification for process operators)
- At least 2 years of work experience in the food industry
**What we offer**
You will work in a friendly company with good employment conditions. You will get:
- A basic gross salary of up to €3,200 per month, excluding shift allowance
- A shift allowance of 28% for the 5-shift schedule
- An annual bonus of 4.25%, with an increase of 0.25% each year
