Process Operator

**About the job**

Location: Zwaag

You work in a 3-shift system (morning, afternoon, night) and stay in close contact with your colleagues on the production floor. Together you make sure the final product meets the highest quality standards every day.

**What you'll do**

• Operate, monitor and adjust production processes
• Take responsibility for the full process: from recipe to finished product
• Set up, change over and check installations
• Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pH values, dosing and stock levels
• Identify and fix deviations and faults

**What we ask**

• MBO-level education or experience (MBO is a Dutch vocational qualification, roughly equivalent to a level 3-4 technical diploma), preferably in process technology
• Experience as a process operator or operator in a production environment
• Experience in the food industry is a plus
• Familiar with working according to HACCP guidelines
• Available to work in a 3-shift system
• Forklift licence is a plus, or willingness to obtain one
