For a sustainable production facility in Wilp, we are looking for an operator responsible for monitoring, controlling and adjusting an organic processing process.

As a Senior Operator, you are responsible for the optimal running of the processing operation. You monitor the quality of the end product, respond to deviations and make sure the production plan is met.

What you'll do

• Monitor, control and adjust the organic production process
• Record production and process data
• Detect and fix faults, or call in technical support
• Support technicians to find the best balance between safety and production
• Take samples and carry out process measurements
• Work with the ERP system (SAP)
• Carry out first-level maintenance on installations
• Keep the workplace clean and safe
• Support daily production planning to meet weekly targets

You work a 2-shift schedule and are willing to work occasionally on Saturdays.

You are a practical person, you take responsibility and you feel at home in a production environment where safety and teamwork come first.

We also ask

• A Procesoperator A diploma, or willingness to obtain one
• Experience in a production or process environment
• Willingness to obtain additional training and certificates, such as forklift, boom lift, loader, NEN 3140 and BHV (basic emergency response, including first aid and fire safety)
• VCA certificate (Dutch safety certificate for working in industrial environments), or willingness to obtain one
• A proactive and independent way of working
